The MIST Conference is a regional social media event unlike any other. Building on the success of last year’s 140 Characters Conference – Central Sierra, we have brought together a diverse group of technology and marketing experts to share their ideas about the many uses of social media and the real-time Internet. Bringing together passionate people to share their knowledge is the purpose of this one-day event. No matter what your current level of experience with the technology of social media, you will come away informed, inspired and ready to go to work.
The venue for the MIST Conference is the beautiful Columbia College campus. We will make use of their large presentation space (the Dogwood Forum), as well as several smaller classrooms. WiFi access is fast and available anywhere on campus. Lunch and an after-conference reception will be provided by the Culinary Department, which is renowned for their outstanding food service.
